Whether you’re just getting started in the specialty coffee roasting industry or you’d like to gain a bit more knowledge in the art of roasting, this 3-day immersive class provides all the insight you require and will be tailored to each student's interests and experience level. Students will learn:

Cupping for roast evaluation
How airflow impacts flavor
Omni roasting vs. espresso roasting
Cupping for green coffee evaluation

About the instructor, Jodi Wieser of Jodi Wieser Coffee:

Jodi's life-long admiration for coffee, along with her education and experience abroad, provide the perfect framework for a successful career in the coffee industry. A licensed Q Grader Instructor, as well as a Certified Instructional Trainer for the Specialty Coffee Association. She is a friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable trainer.

Course fees are nonrefundable. If you need to cancel, course fees can be applied to a future course or another person can take your place. A 15% change fee will be added for any alterations. Students who choose to postpone will have 12 months to apply their funds to another course. Changes are not possible less than 14 days before the course begins.
