Erynne Moss, our passionate 2023-2024 Harvest Intern, dreamt up this innovative concept: a Taste of Gesha Box featuring Mark's expert roasts of our very own Kona Gesha coffee. Processed in three distinct styles by the team at Monarch Coffee – red honey, natural, and washed – this box promises a sensory journey unlike any other.
But who is Mark Michaelson, you ask? He's a coffee legend, plain and simple. A past US Roasting Champion, 11th-place World Roaster Champion, and former head roaster at Onyx Coffee Lab, Mark brings an unparalleled level of expertise to this collaboration. His passion for coffee shines as brightly as his roasting skills as an educator with San Franciscan Coffee Roasters.
