Happy Sunday! How is your weekend going? We’re in California this weekend; celebrating graduation for my niece, Mary Kate. We had a beautiful celebration for her at my sisters with blazing hot temps! This morning is a bit cooler and we are enjoying it.
It is probably no surprise, since I feel like I’ve been talking about it all week over in stories, Sal and I are slow sipping on our delicious whole fruit maceration, Gesha. Produced right here on our farm, exclusively for Olympia Coffee Roasters, this brew is hitting all the notes. Great body. Subliming winey, fruit-forward profile.
