Coffee cherries normally contain two seeds but, as a result of a natural mutation, peaberries contain one large, flavor-packed round seed. Our Monarch Estate 100% Kona Gesha Peaberry beans are selectively handpicked, carefully hand sorted and delicately and separately roasted to capture their unique aromatic and floral tones.
